The Precima FDB 10 is a compact and versatile spring-applied brake delivering 10 Nm of holding torque at 48 VDC, fitted onto a Ø19 H7 hub bore. Its IP54/55-rated housing provides full protection against dust and high-pressure water jets—perfect for industrial conveyor systems, outdoor automation, and washdown environments.

Featuring an adjustable torque mechanism via a central collar, this brake allows precise tuning to match varying load conditions. The air gap is factory-set for easy, no-adjustment installation. As a fail-safe brake, it remains engaged during power loss (spring force active) and only releases when energized—offering reliable emergency-stop and holding functionality.

Compact and easy to integrate, the FDB 10 supports smooth operation in AGVs, pick-and-place machines, packaging systems, and small positioning drives.
