The Stieber CSK 20mm P-2RS is a sealed freewheel unit based on a 62-series ball bearing (excluding sizes 8 and 40), designed for Ø20 mm shaft applications. It supports up to 50 Nm of torque with a drag torque of 6 Nm in overrunning mode.

This version features a keyway on the inner race, allowing secure torque transfer on shafts with n6 tolerance. The outer race must be press-fitted into a rigid housing with N6 tolerance. As a P-2RS variant, it is 5 mm wider than the standard CSK and equipped with lip seals, providing splash resistance and enhanced durability in humid or contaminated environments.

The bearing features C5 radial clearance to compensate for press-fit distortion and is grease-lubricated from factory, with optional oil lubrication supported. Formchromed sprags extend the life of the unit under frequent overrunning.

Recommended operating temperature: +5°C to +60°C. Use of Nylos seals is recommended when exceeding 50°C.
