The Stieber CSK 20mm P is a self-contained sprag-type freewheel integrated into a deep groove ball bearing of the 62-series, enabling combined radial load support and unidirectional rotation control. Designed for shaft diameters of Ø20 mm, this unit supports a maximum torque of 50 Nm and exhibits a drag torque of 1.3 Nm during overrunning.

The CSK..P model features a keyway on the inner race, designed for positive torque transmission with a shaft tolerance of k6. The outer race requires a press-fit into a rigid housing machined to N6 tolerance, ensuring optimal concentricity and structural rigidity. Bearing support is fully integrated.

The unit is grease-lubricated and protected by shields against solid particles larger than 0.3 mm. It is well-suited for overrunning, backstop, and indexing duties across automation, conveying, and power transmission systems.

Operational temperature range is +5°C to +60°C. For higher ambient temperatures, Stieber recommends the use of “Nylos” seals for added protection.
