The Stieber CSK 20mm PP is a bearing-supported freewheel unit integrated into a 62-series ball bearing, designed for shaft sizes of Ø20 mm. It offers a maximum torque of 50 Nm and a drag torque of 1.3 Nm, making it suitable for overrunning, indexing, and backstopping functions in compact mechanical systems.

The PP version features keyways on both the inner and outer races, allowing torque to be transmitted through both the shaft and the housing. Recommended mounting tolerances are h6 for the shaft and H6 for the housing, ensuring a precise and rigid press fit for optimal load transfer.

Factory-filled with grease lubrication and protected against dust particles >0.3 mm, this unit is also compatible with oil bath lubrication where required. It includes formchromed sprags for extended lifetime under demanding operating conditions.

The operating temperature range is +5°C to +60°C. For elevated ambient or process temperatures, Nylos seals are recommended.
