The Stieber CSK 25mm P is a self-contained freewheel unit based on a 62-series deep groove ball bearing, enabling radial load support and unidirectional rotation control. Designed for shafts with Ø25 mm, the unit transmits up to 85 Nm of torque and has a drag torque of 2 Nm during overrunning operation.

This P-variant features a keyway on the inner race for torque transmission via a k6-tolerance shaft. The outer race must be press-fitted into a rigid housing machined to N6 tolerance, ensuring alignment and structural integrity. No external bearing support is required.

The unit is factory-filled with grease and shielded against particles larger than 0.3 mm. It is well-suited for overrunning, indexing, and backstopping in automated systems, conveyors, and mechanical drives.

Temperature range: +5°C to +60°C. For use above 50°C, Stieber recommends installing “Nylos” seals to enhance sealing performance.
