The Stieber CSK 25mm PP is a compact, bearing-supported freewheel integrated into a 62-series deep groove ball bearing. It is designed for shafts with a diameter of Ø25 mm and offers a maximum torque capacity of 85 Nm and a drag torque of 2 Nm. Typical use cases include overrunning, indexing, and backstop applications in mechanical drive systems.

The PP variant is equipped with keyways on both the inner and outer races, enabling torque transmission through both the shaft and the rigid housing. Recommended fits are h6 for the shaft and H6 for the housing to ensure proper engagement and structural stability.

The unit is factory grease-lubricated and sealed against dust particles >0.3 mm. Oil bath lubrication is also supported. Formchromed sprags are used to enhance wear resistance and service life.

Operating temperature range is +5°C to +60°C. For higher ambient or system temperatures, Nylos-type seals are advised.
