The Stieber CSK 30mm P is a bearing-supported freewheel integrated into a 62-series ball bearing, allowing both radial load support and overrunning clutch function in one compact unit. Designed for shafts with Ø30 mm diameter, the CSK 30mm P transmits up to 130 Nm of torque and has a drag torque of 4.4 Nm during overrunning.

The P-variant includes a keyway on the inner race, compatible with shaft tolerances to k6. The outer race must be press-fitted into a rigid steel housing machined to N6 tolerance, ensuring secure alignment and structural rigidity. No additional bearing support is required.

The freewheel is factory-filled with grease and shielded against particles over 0.3 mm in size. It is suited for overrunning, indexing, and backstop applications in motion systems, conveyors, and automation equipment.

Temperature range: +5°C to +60°C. If used above 50°C, Stieber recommends the addition of Nylos seals for improved sealing and thermal stability.
