The Stieber CSK 30mm PP freewheel is a compact, bearing-supported unit integrated into a 62-series ball bearing. Designed for shafts with a diameter of Ø30 mm, it handles a maximum torque of 130 Nm and a drag torque of 4.4 Nm. Its robust construction and compact form make it suitable for indexing, overrunning, and backstop duties in space-limited systems.

The PP variant is equipped with keyways on both the inner and outer races, enabling torque transfer through both shaft and housing. Recommended press-fit tolerances are h6 for the shaft and H6 for the housing, ensuring a precise and backlash-free connection in demanding applications.

This model is grease-lubricated from factory and sealed to prevent ingress of particles >0.3 mm. Formchromed sprags enhance wear resistance and operational lifespan. The unit is also compatible with oil bath lubrication.

Temperature operation is rated from +5°C to +60°C. For ambient or system temperatures above 50°C, Nylos seals are recommended.
